氣候變遷全球暖化造成風災、水災、雪災、地震與海嘯都比以前嚴重，正是威脅核電廠安全的新因素。因為在1960、1970，甚至1980年代設計的核電廠都沒有把全球暖化帶來的氣候變遷因素考量進去。
正是因為全球暖化、氣候變遷的問題，廢核更急迫！
